A calming side-lying massage designed to support comfort, relaxation and ease throughout every stage of pregnancy. A deeply relaxing and personalised pregnancy massage created to ease the physical tension and discomfort that can come with pregnancy. You will be comfortably positioned on your side with a long support pillow, allowing you to fully relax while ensuring both safety and comfort throughout the treatment. The massage works over the back, neck and shoulders on both sides, as well as the legs, feet, hands, arms and scalp, using light to medium pressure. Extra attention can be given to the shoulders where tension often builds, along with gentle stretching techniques to help release tightness around the hips. This nurturing treatment is designed to help you switch off, ease muscular tension and enjoy a restorative moment of calm during your pregnancy.

Harmony Hub Treatment Policy Agreement By booking a treatment with Harmony Hub with Mia, I confirm that I have read and agree to the following: * I understand that Harmony Hub is a **female-only treatment studio**. Male clients will only be accepted where this has been personally agreed with Mia in advance. Any unauthorised male booking may be cancelled. * I agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding my health, medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy and any recent injuries, surgery or treatments that may affect my appointment. * I understand that it is my responsibility to inform my therapist of any changes to my health before or during my treatment. * I understand that treatments are provided for relaxation and wellbeing purposes and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or advice. * I understand that my treatment may need to be adapted, postponed or declined if there is a contraindication, illness, contagious condition or other concern that could make the treatment unsuitable or unsafe. * I understand that individual responses and results from massage and facial treatments may vary and specific results cannot be guaranteed. * I understand that I can ask for the pressure, positioning or treatment to be adjusted or stopped at any time. My comfort and consent will be respected throughout my appointment. * I understand that arriving late may result in my treatment time being reduced so that following appointments are not affected. * Appointments cancelled with less than **24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the treatment price**, unless the appointment is rescheduled to another available date. * Missed appointments without notice may be charged the **full treatment price**. * I understand that any outstanding cancellation or missed appointment fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked. By completing my booking, I confirm that the information I have provided is accurate, I am happy to receive my chosen treatment and I agree to the Harmony Hub Treatment Policy.
