Cancellation Policy
Harmony Hub Treatment Policy Agreement By booking a treatment with Harmony Hub with Mia, I confirm that I have read and agree to the following: * I understand that Harmony Hub is a **female-only treatment studio**. Male clients will only be accepted where this has been personally agreed with Mia in advance. Any unauthorised male booking may be cancelled. * I agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding my health, medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy and any recent injuries, surgery or treatments that may affect my appointment. * I understand that it is my responsibility to inform my therapist of any changes to my health before or during my treatment. * I understand that treatments are provided for relaxation and wellbeing purposes and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or advice. * I understand that my treatment may need to be adapted, postponed or declined if there is a contraindication, illness, contagious condition or other concern that could make the treatment unsuitable or unsafe. * I understand that individual responses and results from massage and facial treatments may vary and specific results cannot be guaranteed. * I understand that I can ask for the pressure, positioning or treatment to be adjusted or stopped at any time. My comfort and consent will be respected throughout my appointment. * I understand that arriving late may result in my treatment time being reduced so that following appointments are not affected. * Appointments cancelled with less than **24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the treatment price**, unless the appointment is rescheduled to another available date. * Missed appointments without notice may be charged the **full treatment price**. * I understand that any outstanding cancellation or missed appointment fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked. By completing my booking, I confirm that the information I have provided is accurate, I am happy to receive my chosen treatment and I agree to the Harmony Hub Treatment Policy.
